Wrekted is a digital subscription service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you may retain access until the end of your current billing period (depending on your subscription provider’s terms).
Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, Wrekted may issue refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis (for example, duplicate charges or billing errors).
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your account email and any relevant details so we can investigate.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate your access while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
