Service Description
Wrekted is an AI-powered entertainment platform that generates fictional, comedic, and exaggerated content for entertainment purposes only. All AI responses are generated content and should not be taken literally.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wrekted. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms
- Not attempt to circumvent safety measures or restrictions
- Not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Not use Wrekted to generate hate speech, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes illegal activities
- Not attempt to use "prompt injection" or other techniques to bypass safety filters or trick the AI into generating prohibited content
- Not use the service for genuine harassment outside the scope of playful, consensual roasting entertainment
Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to bypass safety filters, use the service for genuine harassment, or violate these terms. Termination may occur without prior warning for severe violations.
Content Disclaimers
All AI-generated content is fictional, comedic, exaggerated, non-literal, and user-controlled. Nothing generated by the AI should be interpreted as:
- Factual information
- Legal, medical, or professional advice
- Reflection of our company's views or opinions
- Endorsement of any actions or behaviors
- Human-authored statements (all content is AI-generated)
Entertainment Purpose: Wrekted is designed for entertainment only. The AI may generate content that is irreverent, sarcastic, or mock-insulting in nature. By using this service, you acknowledge that you are engaging with AI-generated content for entertainment purposes and consent to receiving such content.
Visual Effects: The service includes optional animated visual effects (e.g., lighting, glow, and color animations). Users who are sensitive to flashing or strobing visuals should adjust visual settings (such as “Reduce Visual Intensity”) or discontinue use.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Wrekted to:
- Generate hate speech, promote self-harm, or facilitate actual harassment of individuals without their consent
- Generate harmful, illegal, or dangerous content
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Attempt to "jailbreak" the AI, bypass safety filters, or use "prompt injection" techniques to trick the AI into generating prohibited content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models
- Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
We reserve the right to terminate any account attempting to circumvent safety filters or use the service for genuine harassment outside the scope of playful, consensual roasting entertainment.
Intellectual Property
The Wrekted service, including its design, functionality, and AI technology, is owned by Wrekted and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you generate. By using the service, you grant Wrekted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and enforcing the service.
Subscription and Payment
If you subscribe to premium features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Wrekted is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Financial Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrekted's total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the service—including offensive AI output—is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (e.g., your subscription fee, if applicable).
AI Content Liability: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or offensive. By using the 'Roast' feature, you acknowledge and agree that the AI is programmed to generate insults, sarcasm, and mock-aggression. You expressly consent to receiving such content and waive any claims for emotional distress or defamation arising from AI-generated outputs. The service is intended for entertainment, and you use it at your sole risk. If you are sensitive to irreverent, sarcastic, or mock-insulting content, you should not use this service.
No Guarantees: We do not warrant that the AI will be accurate, appropriate, uninterrupted, or funny. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that it will meet your expectations. You understand that AI technology has limitations and may produce unexpected or undesirable outputs. Use of AI-generated output is at your sole risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wrekted operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
